Blending and tossing a few ingredients will make your mojito ready. Watermelons naturally have enough sweetness. It does not need any added sugar to pop up the sweetness however you can balance the sweet with natural sweeteners like honey.   • 2 cup watermelon
  • 5 g mint leaves (muddled)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 stick Lemon (Thinly sliced)
  1. Take a big piece of watermelon. It approximately measures two cups.
  2. Remove the skin and transfer it into a mixer. Save some watermelon chunks to mix in the mojito.
  3. Blend it nicely to a smooth juice,
  4. Add in some ice cubes in a glass jar.
  5. Muddle some mint leaves.
  6. Transfer muddled mint to the glass.
  7. Add in 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  8. Add a few chunks of watermelon.
  9. Finally, transfer our fresh watermelon juice from the mixer to the glass.
  10. Add a tbsp of honey if needed.
  11. Serve cold. Enjoy summer.
Recipe Notes

I used a natural sweetener honey to the mojito however you can add sugar. Adding sugar will bring down the real fruit flavor.
